“We have one more big signing announced on Monday coming, we are very excited about, a player I have worked with in the pass and will be a massive addition to our team in terms of performance and impact but also in terms of in the locker room,” Pacific FC head coach James Merriman said to The Third Sub on Sunday.
For Manneh, it is a return to British Columbia. Between 2013 and 2017, the 28-year-old featured for the Vancouver Whitecaps in Major League Soccer. Manneh scored 24 goals and 11 assists for the Vancouver-based MLS franchise before joining the Columbus Crew in 2018 on a free transfer. Manneh also played for Pachuca in Mexico and St. Gallen in Switzerland before returning to North America to play for FC Cincinnati, New England Revolution, and Austin FC in MLS.
Manneh to Pacific FC - Adds significant experience to the squad
Manneh scored 31 goals and 18 assists in 170 MLS regular season games and will certainly add significant experience to James Merriman's squad. Manneh also won the Canadian Championship with the Whitecaps in 2015.
